    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred (or equivalent experience); military experience strongly considered
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, engineering principles, and building systems
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
