Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily on-site operations of construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections and supervise field activities to ensure the quality and integrity of work.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to enhance project communication and resolve any issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgetary information.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize project delivery and performance.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer or Superintendent in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
