We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Field Engineer to join our construction team in Dallas. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in project delivery while working closely with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners.

Responsibilities:
Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of field activities.
Support the Superintendent with subcontractor management and on-site operations.
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Track daily reports, RFI’s, submittals, and change orders.
Conduct field inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
Help resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
Collaborate with project managers and field staff to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar) preferred.
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry.
Internship or 1–2 years of construction-related experience is a plus, but not required.
