We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Field Engineer to join our construction team in Dallas. This role is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in project delivery while working closely with project managers, superintendents, and trade partners.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of field activities.

• Support the Superintendent with subcontractor management and on-site operations.

• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Track daily reports, RFI’s, submittals, and change orders.

• Conduct field inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.

• Help resolve technical issues that arise during construction.

• Collaborate with project managers and field staff to keep projects on track.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar) preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the construction industry.

• Internship or 1–2 years of construction-related experience is a plus, but not required.
