Position Overview

We’re seeking a reliable and personable Field Estimator & Sales Assistant to join our team. This role combines on-site parking lot evaluations with client communication and office-based estimating. You’ll travel to job sites across Southwest Florida to take measurements, gather details, and capture photos, then use that information to help prepare accurate proposals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive to client sites throughout Southwest Florida to evaluate, measure, and document projects.

• Take clear and organized notes, measurements, and photographs of job sites.

• Assist in building proposals and estimating project costs using spreadsheets.

• Follow up on assigned leads and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.

• Provide friendly, professional customer service to clients and team members.

• Maintain accurate records of site visits and project details.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• At least 18 years old.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to multiple sites daily.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic computer applications.

• Friendly, approachable, and customer service–oriented demeanor.
