Job Description

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives who will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties and must provide superior customer service and be able to work in a team environment in a fast-paced office. Functions: • High volume of Inbound / Outbound calls • Proper handling of incoming orders via fax, email and phone • Distribution of orders according to shipment date • Resolving customer complaints/concerns in a timely manner • Invoicing by route according to dispatch. Requirements: • Basic computer and math skills. • Customer service experience. • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. •Must be available to work weekends •We have an 11:00AM and a 3:00 PM Shift available at this time.
