    Compensation: $20/hr - $22/hr DOE

    Position Summary:

    The Field Fulfillment Specialist supports the daily operational efficiency of the company's headquarters and field teams by overseeing logistics, shipping, placards, facilities coordination, and administrative support. This position involves working directly with internal departments, vendors, and shipping carriers to ensure smooth business operations and site readiness. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and take ownership of new processes.

    Essential Duties:

    Placards & Shipping

    Own the placard process:

    • Verifying, creating, and shipping placards

    • Operate and become an expert of our placard machinery

    • Understanding design and compliance requirements to ensure our placards meet requirements

    • Strive for quality and improving efficiencies with these processes.

    Own the shipping process:

    • Package and label shipments, deliver to UPS/USPS/FedEx, and keep shipping supplies inventory levels at acceptable levels

    • Lead out on large shipping projects in collaboration with team members

    • Respond to shipping-related inquiries and provide general logistics support

    Field Fulfillment

    • Order and manage field equipment, uniforms, safety gear, and semi-annual uniform bundles

    • Process and track miscellaneous operational payments (e.g., storage units, tows, emissions, T-Mobile, etc.)

    • Submit and support invoice processing for team expenses

    • Provide cross-functional support to fleet, travel, and insurance functions as time permits

    Facilities and Site Support

    • Coordinate facility services such as locksmiths, security systems, repairs, signage, and workspace setup

    • Assist with lease renewals, facility payments, and maintaining global facility records (leases, costs, site readiness)

    • Support the Site Manager with executive visit preparation, branding, furniture, IT updates, and general maintenance

    • Help enforce the company's 5S policy for the Orem office

    P referred Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

    • 1–2 years of experience in facilities, logistics, operations, or administrative coordination

    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

    • Comfortable lifting boxes, using basic tools, and moving equipment/furniture

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other workplace software

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Willingness to learn and master new tools and processes

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.
