Generator Service Technician

Level 3 / Level 4

Pay to $65 per hour and up depending on experience
Strong overtime
Monthly 1 percent uncapped commission

Must live within a reasonable commute of the Fremont service territory.

This Role Is For You If

You are a commercial and industrial level generator technician.

You are comfortable walking into high demand environments like hospitals, distribution centers, and data centers.

You can handle complex ATS issues, deep electrical diagnostics, and larger capacity systems without supervision.

This branch is heavily commercial and industrial. Very limited residential exposure.

Immediate need for 2 to 3 senior technicians.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You will operate at a high technical level.

Expect to handle:

• Advanced ATS troubleshooting in commercial facilities
• Complex electrical diagnostics
• Load bank testing on higher capacity systems
• Controller retrofits and programming
• Paralleling and synchronization environments
• Working within California safety standards

You should be able to clearly explain your diagnostic process step by step.

What You Need

• 4 plus years generator experience preferred
• Multi OEM experience
• Comfort in emergency response environments
