    What You’ll Do

    Lead, coach, and support technicians in the field through ride-alongs and real-time feedback

    Train techs on sales, upselling, objection handling, and customer communication

    Monitor sales metrics such as close rates, average ticket size, and revenue goals

    Review job performance, enforce SOPs, safety standards, and on-time expectations

    Manage scheduling, job readiness, and equipment needs to reduce inefficiencies

    Oversee commercial and insulation opportunities—research, secure, and manage projects

    Conduct weekly team meetings and report KPIs to leadership

    Build a strong team culture through training, accountability, and performance improvement plans

    Ensure fleet vehicles are maintained and safe for daily use

    What You Bring

    3+ years of leadership experience in residential home services

    Proven sales experience with the ability to coach and develop technicians

    Strong understanding of residential/commercial field operations and OSHA safety practices

    Familiarity with CRM systems (Workiz experience is a plus)

    Excellent communication, sales coaching, and problem-solving abilities

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders/attics, and work in varied conditions

    Open availability, including occasional evenings/weekends
