We are seeking a reliable Field Inspector / Assistant Superintendent to travel between active job sites (up to 2-3 per day) to monitor progress, track workforce attendance, and report daily updates to the Supervisor/Owner. This role focuses on job progress, accountability, and communication between field crews and management.

Responsibilities

• Visit up to 3 job sites per day • Observe and document work progress • Take progress photos/videos • Report daily activities to the supervisor • Confirm which employees and subcontractors are clocked in/out • Track productivity and job flow • Identify delays, issues, or safety concerns • Ensure crews are following the project scope and schedule • Communicate field needs back to the office

Daily Reporting Includes:

✔️ Job site visited ✔️ Work completed ✔️ Crews present ✔️ Clock-in/clock-out status ✔️ Issues or delays ✔️ Photos

Qualifications

• Construction or job site experience preferred • Reliable transportation (required) • Basic phone/computer skills (photos, reports) • Strong communication skills • Organized and dependable

Schedule

Full-time, Monday–Friday Some early mornings/weekends as needed
