    Position Overview

    We are seeking a Field Installation Technician / Skilled Rigger to join our growing team.

    This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, problem solving, travel, and working with specialized equipment.

    Projects range from installing ATMs inside retail locations to rigging and installing multi-thousand-pound vault equipment or modifying structures to accommodate secure infrastructure systems.

    This is not repetitive work. Every job presents new challenges and requires individuals who can adapt, think mechanically, and work independently in the field.

    What You Will Learn

    Equipment rigging and heavy equipment moving

    Structural concrete cutting, coring, forming, and finishing

    Steel fabrication and field welding

    Installation of pneumatic tube banking systems

    Mechanical installation of secure financial equipment

    Electrical and low-voltage integration for ATM and vault systems

    Specialty mounting and anchoring systems

    Job site logistics and project coordination

    This role offers a unique opportunity to develop multiple skilled trades under one company.

    Key Responsibilities

    Assist with installation and removal of ATMs, vault doors, safes, and banking equipment

    Perform rigging and safe handling of heavy equipment using specialized tools and machinery

    Assist with concrete cutting, coring, mixing, forming, and finishing

    Support welding and custom fabrication work in the field

    Install and service pneumatic drive-up banking systems

    Assist with electrical and low-voltage connections for ATM and security equipment

    Maintain professional job site standards and safety procedures

    Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites

    Communicate effectively with team leaders, project managers, and clients

    Travel regularly across the Midwest region

    Requirements

    Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

    Ability to pass background checks required for financial institution work

    Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

    Ability to travel frequently with overnight stays

    Strong mechanical aptitude

    Comfortable performing physically demanding work

    Ability to safely lift heavy materials and equipment

    Ability to operate power tools and construction equipment

    Preferred Experience (Not Required)

    Experience in any of the following areas is beneficial:

    Construction or skilled labor

    Concrete work or concrete cutting

    Welding or metal fabrication

    Rigging or heavy equipment moving

    Mechanical or industrial installation

    Electrical or low-voltage work

    Equipment installation or service

    Candidates with mechanical ability and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply even if they do not yet have experience in all areas.

    Compensation

    $20 – $30 per hour depending on experience

    Additional opportunities for:

    Work Schedule

    Monday – Friday

    Typical 8-hour shifts

    Overtime and occasional weekend work depending on project demands
