We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Feild Inventory Specialist to join our team. As a valued SERVPRO® franchise employee, you will receive a competitive pay rate, with the opportunity to learn and grow.

Team Shaw is in need of an experienced Feild Inventory Specialist to support its growth initiatives and mission while maintaining a strong focus on personal and professional development.
What You'll Do:
Travel to client homes and job sites to assess contents after damage
Inventory items by photographing, categorizing, and documenting conditions
Determine salvageable vs. non-salvageable items using SERVPRO and industry standards
Use digital inventory software to log findings and generate reports
Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers
Handle items with care and sensitivity, especially in emotionally charged situations
Support pack-out/pack-back procedures when necessary
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfort working in environments affected by fire, water, mold, or debris
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to lift and move items (up to 50 lbs)
Tech-savvy: able to use tablets, inventory systems, and photo documentation apps
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Previous restoration, inventory, or moving experience is a plus
