Day After Day Home Care Agency is seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Manager Assistant to support our growing operations in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and helping our agency expand through community engagement and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Attend business networking events, social gatherings, and community meetings to promote our services
Meet and greet potential referral sources and build strong professional relationships
Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to services
Support the Field Manager with daily office operations
Maintain and manage client and office files (both electronic and paper) accurately and confidentially
Assist with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative tasks
Represent Day After Day Home Care Agency in a professional and positive manner at all times
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with networking and public interaction
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Basic computer skills (email, document management, scheduling)
Prior experience in healthcare, home care, sales, or administrative support is a plus
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for events and meetings
