Field Marketer - Personal Injury Client Liaison

MOET Law Group – Irvine, CA (Hybrid Remote)

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually (DOE)

MOET Law Group is seeking a motivated and outgoing Field Marketer to support our community outreach and brand awareness efforts in Irvine, CA and surrounding areas. This full-time, hybrid role is ideal for a results-driven professional with 2+ years of field marketing or outreach experience who enjoys engaging directly with the community and building strong relationships.

This position plays a key role in expanding our visibility, generating leads, and strengthening partnerships through in-person and outbound marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field and community outreach to promote brand awareness and services

Perform market research to identify potential customers and assess community needs

Engage in door-to-door marketing and in-person promotional efforts

Utilize telemarketing and outbound calling strategies to generate qualified leads

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns

Collaborate with team members on fundraising and promotional initiatives

Negotiate with prospective partners and clients to secure agreements and partnerships

Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse audiences

Supervise and coordinate outreach activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of field marketing or outreach experience (required)

Strong understanding of marketing principles and community engagement strategies

Experience with telemarketing, lead generation, and customer engagement

Excellent negotiation and persuasive communication skills

Proven ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing

Ability to work independently in diverse, field-based environments

Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-motivated mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 8-hour shift - Monday–Friday (weekends as needed)

Work Environment: Hybrid remote with regular field work
