    Job Summary

    Artisan Chiropractic Clinic is looking for confident, outgoing, and self-motivated Field Marketing Representatives to represent our chiropractic clinic across the DMV (DC, Maryland, and Virginia) area. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with attorneys, primary care providers, and other key referral partners in order to generate new patient flow to the clinic.

    This is a field-based, in-person position that requires daily travel. Field Marketers are also reimbursed for their gas/mileage.

    You’ll also contribute to our clinic’s visibility by attending occasional marketing events and supporting our social media presence with engaging content.     Key Responsibilities

    Visit local offices daily (attorneys, primary care providers, and other potential referral partners) across the DMV area to introduce and represent the clinic professionally

    Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with external offices through regular in-person visits, phone calls, virtual meetings, and follow-ups

    Coordinate professional office lunches (clinic-funded) by scheduling, placing orders, and ensuring smooth delivery and setup

    Track and report outreach activities, relationships, and feedback to the internal team for follow-up or improvement

    Support and grow the clinic’s online presence by creating and posting content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

    Assist with occasional marketing events such as community health fairs, legal/medical networking events, and outreach initiatives

    Plan and organize weekly routes and marketing schedules to ensure consistent outreach coverage

    Maintain accurate records of marketing visits, contacts, and engagements using basic digital tools

    Collaborate with the internal team to align outreach efforts with clinic goals and marketing initiatives

    Physical Requirements

    Must be comfortable driving and able to travel between locations throughout the workday

    This role involves being on your feet for extended periods, including walking and standing for up to 9 hours per day Requires the ability to communicate clearly with others through speaking, hearing, and seeing

    Frequent use of hands for typing, writing, carrying materials, and handling small items

    May involve bending, reaching, squatting, or light climbing as part of daily tasks

    Must be able to lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

    Experience

    Applicants must have a clean driving record and a valid Driver's License

    Prior marketing experience is a plus, especially in healthcare, legal, or community outreach settings, but not required

    We’re open to candidates who have the right blend of people skills, confidence, and drive, even if they’re newer to the field

    Education

    This role does not require a degree. But A high school diploma or GED is preferred

    A college degree or formal marketing education is a bonus, but not required

    We care most about your ability to connect with people, communicate clearly, and represent the clinic with professionalism and enthusiasm

    Strong communication skills: You should be comfortable speaking with a wide range of people, from attorneys to healthcare staff

    Personable, outgoing, and professional: this is a relationship-building role, so being friendly and engaging is key

    Bilingual (Spanish-English): Strongly preferred to support our diverse patient community

    Highly organized: able to manage your own schedule, plan visits, and track outreach efforts

    Basic computer literacy: must be comfortable using email, creating reports, and posting on social media platforms

    Driven and self-motivated: someone who enjoys working independently and is committed to performance goals
