By delivering high-impact events, scalable marketing solutions, and timely sales enablement tools, this role enhances Advisor productivity, strengthens client engagement, and drives revenue growth. Managing a centralized request queue ensures marketing support is both responsive and efficient, while the development of templated, repeatable assets maximizes scalability and consistency across the organization. Ultimately, this role helps bridge Enterprise strategy with Field-level execution, ensuring that marketing efforts are not only aligned with business goals but also measurable, adaptable, and impactful at scale.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Two years in a clinical environment with data processing/specimen handling experience. Graduate of heath/ medical assistant or similar training program at an accredited institution where general laboratory technique is taught.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English. Ability to write simple correspondence in English. Ability to effectively present information to one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Must have the ability to perform all duties with accuracy and attention to detail
Computer Skills:
Ability to use Laboratory Information System in addition to various other software programs
