SUMMARY
The Field Medical Intern is involved in providing administrative, technical, and auditing support to Field Medical department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the Field Medical Operations Manager with requests from Field Medical Directors and field team, prioritizing as needed
- Process and organize incoming emails and communications related to field operations
- Track news articles and developments relevant to Medical Affairs, MSLs, and the pharmaceutical industry
- Organize and catalog existing and incoming materials for department reference
- Maintain project tracking documents and document daily accomplishments
- Participate in Monday check-in meeting to review previous week's accomplishments and plan current week's priorities
- Update and maintain Department State Laws related to the Sunshine Act and compliance documentation
- Contribute to the MSL white paper library development and research AI applications for Medical Affairs
- Review Veeva statistics and assist with report improvement to identify trends and insights
- Support training material updates and contribute to onboarding/offboarding procedure development
QUALIFICATIONS
- Pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree
- Professional oral and written communications skills, exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational capabilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office/O365/Teams (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, Internet Explorer, database systems
Dates for Internship will be May 18th, 2026 through August 7th, 2026.
