    We are looking for a reliable and skilled Carpenter to join our team. This position works on a variety of residential construction and remodeling projects, performing framing, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks. The ideal candidate has strong carpentry experience, strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and takes a lot of pride in quality workmanship. Schedule • Monday – Friday • 8-hour shift Benefits • Health Insurance • Vision Insurance • Dental insurance • Supplemental Insurance • Retirement plan (IRA with company match) • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays (6 total) • Paid Sick Days • Direct Deposit Payroll Responsibilities: • Perform carpentry work, including framing, roofing, and finish carpentry • Construct, install, and repair structures made from wood and other building materials • Ability to install doors, cabinets, flooring, and trim • Read and interpret construction blueprints and plans • Operate power tools and equipment safely • Ability to demo and rebuild a renovation project • Perform general construction labor and maintenance tasks • Maintain a clean and safe job site • Work with team members and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule Qualifications: • 3+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred • Experience with framing, remodeling, or finish carpentry • Ability to operate power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns • Ability to read construction blueprints • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor • Reliable and able to work well in a team environment • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record to use the company vehicle Compensation: $28 - $35 hourly
