Schedule • Monday – Friday • 8-hour shift Benefits • Health Insurance • Vision Insurance • Dental insurance • Supplemental Insurance • Retirement plan (IRA with company match) • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays (6 total) • Paid Sick Days • Direct Deposit Payroll Responsibilities: • Perform carpentry work, including framing, roofing, and finish carpentry • Construct, install, and repair structures made from wood and other building materials • Ability to install doors, cabinets, flooring, and trim • Read and interpret construction blueprints and plans • Operate power tools and equipment safely • Ability to demo and rebuild a renovation project • Perform general construction labor and maintenance tasks • Maintain a clean and safe job site • Work with team members and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule Qualifications: • 3+ years of carpentry or construction experience preferred • Experience with framing, remodeling, or finish carpentry • Ability to operate power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns • Ability to read construction blueprints • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work • Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor • Reliable and able to work well in a team environment • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record to use the company vehicle Compensation: $28 - $35 hourly
