Company Overview: We are a growing landscaping company specializing in landscape maintenance, irrigation, and enhancement projects. We take pride in providing high-quality service for our properties and strong, long-term relationships with our clients.
Position Overview: We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated individual to work both in the field and lightly in the office. This role involves visiting properties, communicating with clients, and gathering accurate project information for our team.
This is not a sales position. This role focuses on site visits, client communication, and collecting detailed information to support our internal sales and operations team.
Responsibilities:
Visit properties on a regular basis
Communicate with clients on-site and by phone
Gather project details (measurements, photos, notes, etc.)
Deliver clear and accurate information back to the office/sales team
Maintain a professional and approachable presence with clients
Occasionally introduce yourself at properties and distribute company cards
Complete light office work including emails, notes, and updating job information
Requirements:
Comfortable working outdoors and traveling between job sites
Strong communication skills (in-person and over the phone)
Basic computer skills (email, notes, etc.)
Strong attention to detail with the ability to take clear, accurate notes and document information thoroughly
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
Must be dependable, punctual, and consistently on time
Must present yourself in a clean, professional manner when interacting with clients
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Landscaping knowledge is a plus, but not required
What We’re Looking For: Someone dependable, proactive, and comfortable being out in the field. This role is a mix of fieldwork and office tasks, with time split between visiting properties and handling communication, notes, and updates. Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication are key to success in this position.
