  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Bilingual Field Operations Foreman to join the team in a field-based, on-site role. This position leads daily production in the field, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to standard while driving crew performance and accountability.

    What You'll Do as the Production Supervisor:

    • Lead day-to-day construction production activities across active job sites
    • Supervise, coach, and direct Crew Leaders and labor teams
    • Plan and manage schedules, labor, and materials to meet deadlines
    • Partner closely with Project Managers to align on timelines and deliverables
    • Confirm job readiness before mobilizing crews
    • Monitor productivity and ensure efficient use of resources
    • Conduct quality checks and resolve issues proactively
    • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance across all crews
    • Maintain clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders
    • Track production metrics, labor usage, and material consumption
    • Complete reporting, documentation, and daily updates

    Must-Haves as the Production Supervisor:

    • Experience supervising field crews in a construction environment
    • Strong understanding of construction processes and job site operations
    • Ability to read and interpret construction documents
    • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance
    • Experience managing schedules, productivity, and field execution
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • High attention to detail and accountability

    Nice-to-Haves as the Production Supervisor:

    • Bilingual Spanish language skills
    • Experience with construction or project management software
    • Background in production tracking or workforce optimization
