About the Role – Field Operations Supervisor
We’re looking for a driven, organized, and bilingual (preferred) Field Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day coordination of apartment turnovers and property services. You’ll be working closely with subcontractors and property managers to ensure Barex delivers high-quality, on-time services across multiple job sites.
This is a fast-paced field role that requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving on the fly. If you’re comfortable managing people, timelines, and expectations—and know how to keep a jobsite moving—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily work orders across multiple properties (cleaning, painting, repairs, trash-outs, flooring, etc.)
Dispatch and coordinate subcontractors and labor teams to assigned units
Conduct on-site quality control inspections and verify work completion
Serve as point of contact for property managers and ensure their standards are met
Maintain service timelines and update job status in company systems
Solve field problems quickly and escalate complex issues to leadership when needed
Ensure each job meets Barex's brand standard for cleanliness, quality, and efficiency
Assist with inventory, vendor check-ins, and documenting issues
Qualifications
3+ years experience in property management, general contracting, or facilities services
Strong communication and coordination skills (bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based role with changing priorities
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
Ability to use mobile apps or systems to update work orders and schedules
Hands-on experience managing contractors, vendors, or labor crews a plus
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus
Comfortable speaking with property managers, contractors, and internal teams professionally
Ability to document job details clearly and accurately using mobile apps or written reports
