Our Ideal Field Operations Technician
Our ideal Field Operations Technician is a critical part of our team and our face to the customer. Within this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site services and support to our customers by providing outstanding technical and customer service support. This is a full-time position with daily client on site visits.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of the Field Operations Technician include but are not limited to:
Foster strong client relationships
Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Install and configure hardware and software, including PCs, routers, and servers
Maintain accurate records of service request, resolutions, and next step
Travel to client locations for on-site support and installations
Be flexible with working hours, including after-hours support
Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical users
On-call coverage
This position is in Cheshire Connecticut with travel to customer locations
