Field Team Lead – Home Improvement Outreach (O’Fallon, IL)

Location: O’Fallon, IL (Serving Metro East areas like Fairview Heights, Collinsville, and surrounding communities) Compensation: $650–$750/week base pay + commissions (Top reps earn 6 figures)

Position Summary

We're hiring a Field Team Lead to support canvassing efforts and help drive new customer relationships. You’ll lead neighborhood outreach efforts, perform home inspections, and educate homeowners on the storm restoration process. This is a mission-driven sales role—ideal for someone motivated by helping others and earning great income while doing it.

What You’ll Do

Canvass storm-affected neighborhoods to initiate conversations with homeowners

Conduct exterior roofing inspections and document storm damage

Educate homeowners about the insurance restoration process

Track prospects and leads using our CRM

Work closely with telemarketing teams and referral partners

Manage field team performance (as team expands)

Follow up with leads and close new restoration projects

What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in sales or canvassing (preferred)

Roofing, siding, or home improvement sales experience a plus

Strong people skills and ability to build rapport fast

Organized, dependable, and driven to succeed

Willing to work evenings and Saturdays (as needed)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
