CENCO Claims is currently seeking a reliable and detail-driven Daily Property Claims Adjuster to manage residential property claims throughout the Cape Girardeau & Jackson, MO region. This field-based opportunity offers steady assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong internal support from an experienced claims team.

Position Overview

We're looking for an adjuster who values accuracy, professionalism, and delivering a positive experience for policyholders while meeting carrier expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties to assess damage

• Capture detailed documentation including photos, measurements, and field notes

• Prepare accurate, timely estimates and comprehensive reports

• Maintain professional communication with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives

• Manage claim files in compliance with carrier guidelines and industry standards

• Provide exceptional service throughout the life of each claim

Requirements

• Property adjusting experience preferred, not required

• Proficiency with Xactimate

• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

• Ability to perform field inspections, including roof access and navigating damaged properties independently

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and standard adjusting equipment

• Basic understanding of construction and repair practices preferred
