🏡 What You’ll Be Doing

Start of Care (SOC), Resumption of Care (ROC), Routine Visits, Recerts, and Discharges

Medication management, wound care, diabetic teaching, vital signs, patient education

Communicating with doctors, patients, families, and our in-office team

Timely documentation in Axxess EMR

Observing and reporting changes in patient conditions

🧩 What We’re Looking For

🔹 Active Texas RN license (unencumbered) 🔹 1+ year of nursing experience (home health preferred) 🔹 CPR Certified 🔹 Familiarity with Medicare charting standards 🔹 Comfortable working independently in the field 🔹 Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance 🔹 Strong communication and time management skills

💰 Compensation

Per visit pay (based on type of visit)

Mileage reimbursement

Performance bonuses for timely charting & quality documentation
