Job Description
This position is part of our EVERSANA/UCB "Field Access Specialist Team". We are seeking **** a driven and mission-focused Field Access Specialist (FAS) to join our Market Access – Access & Reimbursement team. In this pivotal, field-based role, you will help ensure that patients can obtain timely access to our innovative biologic therapies.
The Field Reimbursement Manager/Field Access Specialist ensures that eligible patients can obtain UCB therapies by helping healthcare providers navigate complex payer, access, and reimbursement requirements across all types of care settings. This non-promotional role supports UCB Immunology treatments by serving as a knowledgeable, field-based expert on insurance benefits, payer policies, affordability programs, and patient support services.
While this is an individual contributor role, the FAS is relied upon as an informal leader—collaborating with cross-functional partners across UCB to share insights, shape strategy, and strengthen patient access pathways. You will work to the highest UCB professional and compliance standards, making a true impact on patients’ lives through strategic problem-solving and partnership.
