The Role** You're in the field, talking to homeowners, walking roofs, and closing deals. This is a full-cycle sales role. You find the homeowner, identify the damage, explain the insurance process, and sign the agreement. No experience needed. If you've got energy, you're coachable, and you're not afraid to talk to strangers, we'll teach you everything else. Top performers earn generated leads on top of what they're already closing, but everyone starts by earning their spot in the field.

What You'll Do**

• Get out in the neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners
• Help people understand their storm damage and how the insurance process works
• Walk roofs, identify damage, and conduct property inspections
• Sign contingency agreements and manage the customer relationship from start to finish
• Set and run your own appointments
• Travel to active storm markets where the opportunity is

Schedule** This is an outdoor, on your feet kind of role. You work when the neighborhoods are active, which includes evenings and weekends during storm season. Travel to active markets is part of the gig.
