    Job Description

    The Field Representative – City Chapters is a field-first role responsible for supporting the launch, growth, and on-the-ground effectiveness of TPUSA RISE City Chapters. This position works closely with Regional Leads and Chapter Leaders to execute launches, support newly formed chapters, drive signups, promote events, and ensure RISE standards are upheld in the field.

    This role requires extensive travel and direct engagement with volunteers and communities. The Field Representative does not serve as a Regional Lead but acts as a hands-on extension of the Strategic Manager – City Chapters, focused on execution, training, and field accountability.

    What You Will Do:

    • Travel regularly to support the launch of new RISE City Chapters;
    • Visit newly launched and developing chapters to provide in-person support and follow-up;
    • Assist chapters with on-the-ground outreach, signups, and grassroots growth efforts;
    • Ensure chapter events are properly promoted, executed, and aligned with RISE messaging;
    • Support Chapter Leaders with event setup, logistics, and execution when needed;
    • Provide in-person guidance and training to help leaders stay aligned with RISE policies, expectations, and compliance requirements;
    • Reinforce best practices for chapter operations, leadership conduct, and public-facing activity;
    • Work closely with Regional Leads to assess chapter health and identify areas needing intervention;
    • Track field activity, launches, events, and outcomes using internal systems;
    • Represent TPUSA RISE professionally at chapter events, trainings, and community engagements.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Experience in student organizing, campus leadership, field organizing, or youth-focused initiatives;
    • Strong comfort working directly with students and navigating campus environments;
    • Ability to communicate clearly, train leaders, and represent the organization in person;
    • High level of organization and accountability in a travel-heavy role;
    • Ability to work independently while supporting broader team goals;
    • Strong alignment with TPUSA RISE's mission and values;
    • Willingness and ability to travel 45%–50% of the time.

    “Wow!” Skills

    • Proven experience launching chapters, clubs, or community initiatives;
    • Experience training or coaching volunteer leaders in person;
    • Strong instincts for event execution and field-based problem solving;
    • Comfort enforcing standards and expectations in real-world settings;
    • Background working with conservative, faith-based, or family-focused organizations.
