As a Field Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in executing field assignments, conducting property assessments, and supporting our property management team. Your tasks will empower you to foster strong relationships with tenants and owners, manage inquiries with confidence, and ensure compliance with ease. Responsibilities: • Provide world-class customer service and build positive relationships with tenants and property owners. • Visit occupied and vacant properties, recording videos, taking pictures, and tidying up properties as needed. • Prepare condition reports for clients. • Provide support with all other administrative office duties. • Assisting with overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests, property evaluation reports, and HOA matters. Qualifications: • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. • Professional written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills. • Professional in attitude and appearance. • Proficiency in typing, computer software, MS Office products, and Google Suite (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar), etc. • Ability to learn new software. • Knowledge of Appfolio software is a PLUS. • Prior property management experience is a PLUS. Compensation: $17 - $22 hourly
