    • Reinforce compliance with campus rules, RISE policies, and leadership expectations;
    • Identify struggling chapters and work with Regional Leads to stabilize and strengthen them;
    • Track chapter launches, activity, and engagement metrics using internal systems;
    • Represent TPUSA RISE professionally in campus environments and student-facing settings.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Experience in student organizing, campus leadership, field organizing, or youth-focused initiatives;
    • Strong comfort working directly with students and navigating campus environments;
    • Ability to communicate clearly, train leaders, and represent the organization in person;

    • Familiarity with HBCU culture or minority-serving campus environments;
    • Strong on-the-ground training and leadership development skills;
    • Confidence in enforcing standards and expectations with student leaders;
    • Natural field-builder mindset with a bias toward action and execution.
