The role involves a variety of tasks such as field assignments, property assessments, compiling client reports, and supporting the property management team with lease and management agreement administration. The responsibilities also include fostering tenant and owner relationships, managing phone inquiries, overseeing important deadlines, liaising with HOAs for new tenant move-ins, and addressing compliance issues effectively. Responsibilities: • Provide world-class customer service and build positive relationships with tenants and property owners. • Visiting occupied and vacant properties, recording videos, taking pictures, and tidying up properties as needed. • Prepare condition reports for clients. • Provide support with all other administrative office duties. • Assisting with overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests, property evaluation reports, and HOA matters. Qualifications: • Minimum two years of related office experience. • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. • Professional written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills. • Professional in attitude and appearance. • Proficiency in typing, computer software, MS Office products, and Google Suite (Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar), etc. • Ability to learn new software. • Minimum two years of experience. • Knowledge of Appfolio software is a PLUS. • Prior property management experience is a PLUS. Compensation: $17 - $21 hourly
