    Location: Virginia Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (Mon–Fri; occasional weekends) Compensation: $20/hr base + 10% commission on business donations you close + $40/day team bonus when your van hits the 15-shop minimum route (or updated quota). OT per law.

    What you’ll do Present & persuade: Deliver a concise pitch on our mission and initiatives, handle objections, and secure on-site business donations/memberships (digital receipt + CRM).

    Build pipeline: Schedule follow-ups, upsell larger commitments when appropriate, and coordinate revisit plans with the team.

    Partner tightly: Work in a three-person van crew with an Outreach Lead and a Driver & Logistics Specialist; help with kit placement and route flow as needed.

    Record accurately: Log outcomes, amounts, and next steps in the mobile CRM.

    What success looks like (KPIs) Conversion rate, total donations closed, average contribution size, return-visit efficiency, CRM accuracy.

    You bring 2+ years B2B sales or field closing experience (route sales, SMB sales, fundraising, or advocacy).

    Strong closing and objection-handling skills with a respectful, solutions-first approach.

    Professionalism, reliability, and teamwork; lift ~25 lbs; on-your-feet work.

    Tech-friendly (mobile CRM, e-signature/payments). Valid driver’s license preferred.
