    How You’ll Make a Difference

    Fuel the Referral Engine – Identify, qualify, and nurture relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, nursing homes, senior-living communities, and social-service agencies.

    Create Campaigns That Click – Design print, email, and social content; track open rates and ROI; pivot fast for better results.

    Own the Weekly Dashboard – Compile KPIs on leads, conversions, and competitor moves; present insights to senior management.

    What You Bring

    Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business—or 1+ year of hands-on sales/marketing experience.

    Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp) and basic analytics.

    Comfortable networking at health fairs, chamber events, networking events, and professional luncheons.

    Organized self-starter who hits deadlines and loves turning spreadsheets into stories.
