    Salary: $80,000 + 1% of total office revenue + 17% of any deals you personally sell and close

    ***Year 1OTE $150,000 - $250,000***

    Our client has been voted as one of the best roofing contractors in the industry. Due to their talented employees, white-glove customer experience, and their industry-leading platform, these guys are experiencing tremendous triple digit growth. They are looking for a talented Sales Director to run the Storm Restoration division in Pittsburgh, PA.

    You will be tasked with developing and leading the storm sales reps in the office, including running our weekly sales meeting. You will have hiring and firing authority for your branch and will help train your new reps. Our reps are using cutting edge drone technology to diagnose roof damage and advise homeowners on the best steps to repair or replace their roof. If a decision is made to submit a claim to the homeowners insurance provider, you and your team leads will teach your reps how to guide our clients through the insurance claims process until the claim is resolved.

    Responsibilities

    • Own market-level revenue targets, sales activity metrics, and conversion goals.
    • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales reps (closers, canvassers, or hybrid roles).
    • Monitor daily performance, run sales meetings, and drive activity accountability.
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting in CRM.
    • Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams within the market.
    • Set performance expectations and provide regular coaching, feedback, and evaluations.
    • Recruit, train, and retain top talent.

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in construction, solar, home services, or tech-enabled field sales
    • Proven experience managing large, distributed sales teams (W2 and/or 1099)
    • Deep understanding of Home Improvement products, canvassing sales, and the insurance storm restoration process
    • Demonstrated ability to drive performance & market growth
    • Strong understanding of Emotional Intelligence and Self Awareness
