NextShining is seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to represent our company and connect directly with prospective customers throughout the Philadelphia area.

In this role, you will build relationships, introduce customers to our products and services, identify their needs, and provide solutions that create long-term value. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, working in a dynamic environment, and developing strong communication and sales skills.

You will work alongside a supportive team while receiving the tools and guidance needed to grow professionally and contribute to the continued expansion of NextShining.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with prospective customers in assigned territories and locations
• Present and explain company products, services, and solutions clearly and professionally
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Build positive and lasting relationships with customers
• Maintain a professional and knowledgeable representation of the NextShining brand
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Provide accurate information and exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and customer experiences
