Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
Qualifications
Qualifications
Proven experience in field sales or direct sales (2+ years preferred)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally within the Cleveland area
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
