    BASIC FUNCTIONS:

    • Manage a $750,000+ sales plan, selling painting services as well as cross selling other product offerings as the opportunities arise
    • Cold calling residential homes and commercial businesses to generate 80%+ of leads
    • Estimating leads that are provided by the company
    • Learn and execute the Ridings sales process (pre-bid, during bid, post bid)
    • Hitting Personal Sales Target, Margin Target, and cost per margin target
    • Entering appointments into company CRM
    • Entering estimates into company CRM
    • Updating client data
    • Writing customer proposals
    • Responding to customers questions and office questions
    • Independently studying to become competent in painting services
    • Attending weekly Goal Alignment Meetings (GAM) and L10 Team Meetings
    • Building a sales plan and tracking against it at all times - with supervisor guidance.
    • Turning in a weekly GAM Report highlighting weekly, quarterly, and overall numbers, journaling of previous weeks drivers and restrainers, and upcoming weeks goals and priorities.

    TIME AND COMPENSATION:

    • Full-Time - higher volume of work in the exterior painting season (May – October)
    • Base salary + commission – base salary set on past experience and current skill. OTE of $100K+ annually
