Glass Inc is a growing glass company serving the Atlanta market, specializing in automotive and commercial glass services. We are looking for a motivated outside sales representative to go into the field, build relationships, and bring in new accounts.
This is a field-based role. You will be expected to prospect, visit businesses, and develop long-term customer relationships.
What you’ll do:
Prospect and develop new business with body shops, dealerships, fleet companies, property managers, and contractors
Visit potential clients in person to establish relationships and secure accounts
Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
Coordinate with our team to ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery
Track pipeline, follow-ups, and sales activity consistently
Represent Glass Inc professionally in the market
What we’re looking for:
Previous outside sales or B2B sales experience preferred
Automotive, construction, or service industry experience is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Reliable transportation and willingness to be in the field daily
Results-driven with a focus on closing new business
Compensation:
Base salary: $50,000
$500 bonus for each new account (paid after first completed and paid job)
Additional $500 bonus when that account reaches $10,000 in completed business
Quarterly performance bonuses for consistent account production
Realistic earnings: $70,000 – $100,000+
