About the Role:

Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on leads promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable speaking with homeowner's face‑to‑face.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
Prior sales or canvassing experience is a plus but not required.
