The Opportunity We are hiring a motivated Roofing Sales Representative to close warm inbound leads and develop builder relationships. This role is ideal for someone who: • Has roofing or construction sales experience • Knows how to close qualified prospects • Can also generate their own opportunities • Wants upside earning potential • Is ready to grow into high-end new construction work You will receive warm leads generated through marketing, referrals, and builder relationships — while also having the opportunity to build your own pipeline. Responsibilities: • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and builder outreach • Meet clients on-site for inspections and consultations • Build long-term relationships with builders and general contractors • Work with our internal team to develop accurate estimates • Present proposals and close profitable projects • Maintain communication through job completion • Track pipeline and opportunities in our CRM (Monday.com) • Represent Comanche Roofing with professionalism and integrity Qualifications: • 2+ years of roofing or construction sales experience preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated and organized • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Comfortable operating as an independent contractor Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000
