We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert that can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities: • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice • Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution to your prospects • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points Qualifications: • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred • Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required • Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals Compensation: $65,500 - $75,500 yearly
