Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and professional Field Sales Representative to promote and represent our established MedSpa and licensed Mental Health Clinic. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who enjoys being in the field, building relationships, and generating new business through face-to-face outreach.

You will serve as a brand ambassador, introducing our services and promotions to local businesses, community partners, and referral sources.

This is a commission-based independent contractor position with flexible scheduling and strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities • Conduct in-person outreach to local businesses, hotels, gyms, wellness centers, and community partners • Promote MedSpa services including injectables, aesthetics, and wellness treatments • Promote Mental Health services including therapy programs and ketamine treatment (under medical supervision) • Build and maintain referral relationships and partnerships • Present promotions, services, and brand materials professionally • Distribute marketing materials and promotional offers • Follow up with leads and referral partners • Track outreach activity and referrals • Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times

Qualifications • Previous sales, field sales, or business development experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with in-person outreach and relationship building • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to work independently • Reliable transportation required • Comfortable discussing healthcare and wellness services in a professional, compliant manner

Compensation • Commission-only compensation • Uncapped earning potential • Commission paid per closed referral, service booked, or partnership secured • Paid monthly based on collected revenue
