    Location: Boise, ID (Must live within driving distance) Compensation: $200,000+ (Base + Commission + Bonuses) OTE $20,000 Sprint Bonus if you can close $300,000 in gross profit within the first 6 months! We provide a steady flow of qualified leads — no cold calling, door knocking, or self-generated prospecting. We are hiring a driven Field Sales Representative to meet face-to-face with homeowners, understand their goals, present win-win real estate solutions, and negotiate signed purchase agreements. This is a face-to-face, outside sales position covering the Treasure Valley area. You’ll meet directly with homeowners in their homes to discuss property solutions and negotiate contracts. If you dominate in negotiation, feel passionate about helping people find solutions, have the ability to navigate through unique situations, and want a six-figure income in sales, this role is built for you.
