    Role Overview

    Housebuildr is hiring a driven Field Sales Representative to run in-person appointments with homeowners and close deals in the field. This role is for confident communicators who perform best face-to-face and want full control of their income.

    You will be meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, delivering Housebuildr’s approved presentation, and guiding prospects from consultation to signed agreement.

    What You’ll Do

    Run in-person sales appointments scheduled by the setter team

    Follow Housebuildr’s proven in-home sales process

    Evaluate homeowner needs and recommend the correct solution

    Handle objections professionally and confidently

    Close deals and collect all required documentation

    Submit clean contracts and accurate notes in the CRM

    Communicate effectively with operations after the sale

    What We’re Looking For

    Strong in-person communication and presentation skills

    Sales experience in solar, home improvement, or high-ticket sales preferred

    Coachable mindset and strong work ethic

    Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed

    Reliable transportation and professional appearance
