Responsibilities: • Initiate calls to potential clients and schedule appointments with them to go over our different policies and packages • Create a rapport with clients and build lasting relationships • Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients • Closing sales and meeting sales quotas • Provide proactive outreach, manage complaints, and maintain client records • Staying updated and knowledgeable about our products • Attending all in-person or online trainings and sales meetings Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Exceptional customer service • Ability to meet and exceed the monthly quota in sales • A valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and willing to drive daily • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus, but entry-level candidates are also welcome to apply • Willingness to get licensed for life insurance • Must conduct yourself with integrity as an ambassador of our brand • Must enjoy working with people and have excellent people skills • Energetic and self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve your goals • Thrive in a competitive and fun team environment Compensation: $65,000 - $85,000 yearly
