    About the Opportunity

    This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role where your success comes from showing up consistently, building trust, and helping customers solve real problems they already care about.

    You’ll follow a planned daily route across the southwest suburbs of Minneapolis, meeting with property managers and facility teams who control repair decisions. Our service is simple, highly visual, and easy to stand behind—once people see the results, they tend to keep calling you back.

    No prior sales experience is required. If you bring strong communication skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn, we’ll train you to succeed.

    Compensation & Benefits

    We believe strong performance should be well rewarded.

    $62,000–$92,000 OTE (On-Target Earnings)

    Base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses

    Your base is guaranteed; your upside grows with your accounts

    What Your Day Looks Like

    This is a structured, active field role - not a desk job.

    Start your morning by planning your route and reviewing follow-ups from the previous day

    Visit 12–15 properties daily across areas like Minnetonka, Eden Prairie, Edina, Hopkins, and St. Louis Park

    Walk into apartment communities, maintenance offices, and commercial properties to introduce yourself and build relationships

    Ask thoughtful questions to understand each property’s repair needs and priorities

    Follow up with contacts, keep your pipeline active, and turn early conversations into long-term accounts

    Log visits, notes, and next steps in our CRM system before wrapping up your day

    Attend a weekly team meeting to review wins, numbers, and coaching insights

    Requirements

    Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle

    Based in or near the southwest Twin Cities area

    Comfortable learning simple CRM and routing tools (training provided)

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
