Appearance, communication, and conduct matter. • Canvass targeted residential areas door-to-door • Engage homeowners confidently, start conversations naturally, and create interest without pressure. • Educate homeowners on permanent exterior lighting • Clearly explain the product’s features, benefits, and long-term value using visual demos and real examples. • Present pricing and financing options • Walk homeowners through straightforward pricing and available payment options to support confident decision-making. • Close sales or set short-term follow-ups • Drive same-day or same-week decisions while maintaining a positive, professional customer experience. • Manage daily activity independently • Plan routes, track progress, and maintain consistent effort without micromanagement. • Maintain accurate records • Log customer interactions, notes, and closed deals using company systems. • Coordinate with internal support teams • Communicate clearly with scheduling and operations to ensure smooth installs and a great customer experience. • Uphold company standards • Follow approved sales processes, ethical guidelines, and brand expectations at all times. • Continuously improve performance • Participate in training, feedback sessions, and coaching to sharpen skills and increase results. Qualifications: Required Qualifications • Proven door-to-door or outside sales experience. • (Home services, retail D2D, or field sales required). • Comfortable selling face-to-face. • Able to confidently engage homeowners, handle objections, and ask for the sale. • Strong communication skills. • Clear, professional, and personable with a wide range of homeowners. • Self-motivated and disciplined. • Able to manage time, routes, and activity without constant supervision. • Professional appearance and demeanor. • Comfortable representing a higher-end brand in established neighborhoods. • Reliable transportation and a smartphone. • Required for daily canvassing, communication, and tracking activity. • Ability to work flexible hours. • Including daytime and early evenings as needed. Compensation: $70,000 - $108,000
