    About The Exterior Company We take pride in helping homeowners restore and improve their properties after storm damage and through exterior renovations. We’re growing our Outside Sales Representative team and are looking for outgoing individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

    As a Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for:

    Meeting with homeowners to evaluate roofing and exterior repair or replacement needs

    Conducting door-to-door outreach and engaging potential clients in your territory

    Presenting project solutions and guiding homeowners through the sales process

    Traveling to storm-affected areas as needed

    Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity

    What we’re looking for in a Outside Sales Representative:

    Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic

    Comfortable with door-to-door sales and field work

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to travel during storm season when needed

    No prior roofing experience required — we provide full training

    Compensation & Benefits for Outside Sales Representatives:

    Paid training

    Potential commission earnings: $75,000 – $150,000+ per year, based on performance
