JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a proactive and organized Field Service Coordinator (FSC) to join our dynamic team. The FSC is a key operational role responsible for managing communications, scheduling, and installation coordination. In this vital role, you will serve as a point of contact for field services, providing essential coordination and logistical support to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow across multiple locations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help facilitate smooth field installations, support team coordination, and enhance overall service delivery. DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the main liaison between technician dispatch teams, clients, and office staff, ensuring clear communication and timely information flow
Managing Technicians and Technician Dispatch Companies to efficiently and correctly complete POTs Replacement Installations and Surveys
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, providing excellent customer service and information to clients
Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading
Update and manage Service Calls within our proprietary portal
Communicate changes and answer questions from clients, technicians, and coworkers daily
Update job logs, schedules, and daily work plans
Track technician assignments and job progress
Utilize computer skills such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe for various administrative functions
Assist Partners with Self-installations
Conduct Virtual Site Surveys with clients to facilitate efficient and successful installations.
Assist Project Management teams with large installation projects
GENERAL SKILLS:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace tools, and Adobe
Clerical experience in data entry, filing, proofreading, and general administrative support
Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work efficiently and independently
Critical thinking to resolve issues efficiently and quickly
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS) systems is highly desired
Experience in Telecommunications, IT, or Technology
Experience with work location coordination
Basic knowledge of Technology Networking, POTs, or POTs replacement installations

Monday – Friday
A Shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm PST
B Shift: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm PST

CLASSIFICATION & COMPENSATION:
Position Classification: Full-time
Compensation Range: $18 - $20 /hour
