As a Service Dispatcher / Scheduler, you’ll work from our Colchester office helping technicians stay productive, customers stay informed, and jobs stay on schedule.

What You’ll Do:

Schedule and adjust tech calls across Vermont

Communicate clearly with field staff and customers

Track parts needs, technician timing, and job urgency

Handle daily changes with confidence and calm

Support the team by solving problems before they become delays
