What You’ll Be Doing
Diagnose and repair complex lab instrumentation on-site and remotely
Perform preventative maintenance and coordinate service calls
Support installation, validation, and user training for new equipment
Collaborate with sales, quality, and service teams to meet performance goals
Document all service activities according to regulatory and internal standards
About You
Be able to do the job as described
Comfortable working with potentially biohazardous clinical samples
Experience with Agilent LC/MS/MS and HPLC/UPLC systems required
Skilled in interpreting wiring diagrams and technical schematics
Strong virtual training and technical communication abilities
