What You’ll Be Doing

• Diagnose and repair complex lab instrumentation on-site and remotely

• Perform preventative maintenance and coordinate service calls

• Support installation, validation, and user training for new equipment

• Collaborate with sales, quality, and service teams to meet performance goals

• Document all service activities according to regulatory and internal standards

About You

• Be able to do the job as described

• Comfortable working with potentially biohazardous clinical samples

• Experience with Agilent LC/MS/MS and HPLC/UPLC systems required

• Skilled in interpreting wiring diagrams and technical schematics

• Strong virtual training and technical communication abilities
